Power Up! Multi-Sport Classes
Free Drop-in Multi-Sport Classes for girls ages 8-17

In collaboration with the City of Edmonton, we are pleased to provide FREE girls' multi-sport classes at the major recreation centres in Edmonton.
​
No registration required, just show up! Your daughter will also get a wristband which gives her free access to the entire recreation centre. Below are the details.
Winter
Location: Meadows Recreation Centre
Date: Thursdays, January 18 - March 21, 2024 (10-weeks)
Time: 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
Ages: 8-17

Location: Meadows Recreation Centre
Date: Thursdays, May 2 - June 20
Time: 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
Ages: 8-17

Location: Commonwealth Recreation Centre
Date: Wednesdays, May 1 - June 19
Time: 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm

City of Fort Saskatchewan
In collaboration with the City of Fort Saskatchewan, we are pleased to provide a girls' multi-sport classes to their city.
​
Registration begin March 12th at 8 am and is done through the City of Fort Saskatchewan's website.
​
Location: Atco Gymnasium, Dow Centennial Centre, Fort Saskatchewan
Date: April 10 - May 22nd (No programming on April 17th)
Time: 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
